New Android plugin DSL for manipulating dependency matching strategy. You now provide fallbacks for missing build types and flavors using matchingFallbacks (which replaces buildTypeMatching and productFlavorMatching). You also provide the default selection and fallbacks for missing dimensions using missingDimensionStrategy (which replaces flavorSelection).
