VisualSVN Server Windows下的SVN服务器
VisualSVN Server是一个集成的svn服务端工具，集成了Subversion和Apache，简化了手工配置Subversion的繁琐步骤。并且包含mmc管理工具。是一款svn服务端不可多得的好工具。你可以先安装好VisualSVN Server后，运行VisualSVN Server Manger,然后创建新的代码库，并设置一下安全性能，其次我们就创建一个用户了。按照上面的过程，分别添加用户Developer1、 tester1、manager1等。

本机上装了 Visual SVN 2.7, 使用 Eclipse ，安装了 svn 插件for eclipse, 在Visual 的 visual server上建立了 repostory ,但用 eclipse 还是没能成功检出 ， 报出如下错误
svn: E175002: connection refused by the server
svn: E175002: OPTIONS request failed on
我在Windows 7 的 系统Event Viewer，找到了如下的log，
VisualSVNServer.exe: could not log pid to file C:/Windows/ServiceProfiles/NetworkService/AppData/Local/Temp/VisualSVNServer.pid
根据上面的错误找到如下目录
C:/Windows/ServiceProfiles/NetworkService/AppData/Local/Temp
结果Temp文件夹确实是找不到的
